fantastic stay!
spacious room boulevard view nearby restaurants easy metro access
the room was spacious with great boulevard views at night, I found many nearby restaurants! getting to the metro was easy and convenient for travelling around. the staff kept the room clean and the bed was very comfy, I had no complaints at all.
the central a/c made a slight noise at night. it made it a little difficult to sleep!

the staff was very helpful and friendly, they were quick to respond to requests and provided useful information about the local area. check-in and check-out were efficient and hassle-free, which i appreciated after a long journey.

the room was a Junior Suite. It had adequate space for my needs. The external lifts offered nice PANORAMIC views from the building.
the climatisation was TOO loud. I had to turn it off during the summer. The water pressure in the shower was too LOW. There was a lack of slippers and a shaving kit in my room.

The staff was helpful and the building has panoramic external lifts. I stayed on the 23rd floor and it was an experience.
The pool was way too small for the size of the hotel. With so many floors and rooms, the limited number of sun loungers meant you had to hover to get one. That was disappointing.

malfunctioning air conditioning inadequate compensation
the breakfast was acceptable and provided sufficient options.
The air conditioning system did not function correctly. I could not switch it off. the thermostat in the room seemed ineffective, preventing any adjustment of the temperature. i reported this issue upon check-out, but the compensation offered for the uncomfortable night was inadequate as they only waived the parking fee.

Excellent Hotel Experience
clean environment polite staff high standards
This hotel had a consistently polite and professional environment from start to finish. The hotel was looked super fresh, and the bedroom was neat. Staff ensured I could enjoy my stay. I appreciate the high-class standards throughout the entire hotel.
The undersized pool did not accommodate the large number of guests. Getting a sun lounger proved difficult because it was constantly packed. I found the food to be subpar, especially considering the price. I would have liked a better experience overall.
